Approximately 40 kilometers from Foča is the village of Zavait, through which you reach Zlatni Bor. This is a small village and one of the viewpoints at the very edge of the Tara river canyon. From this viewpoint you can see the canyons of Piva and Tara stretch as far as the eye can see, as well as the confluence of rivers at Scepan Polje, the place where the Drina River, the longest tributary of the Sava River, emerges from the Piva and Tara rivers. Opposite Zlatni Bor, one can see the medieval town of Soko with the monastery that was the residence of Herceg Stjepan.
